Nate is a member of the Royal Danish Ballet. They joined Equinox Festival in 2024.

  A strong part of my identity is that I am a dancer.

  When I was fifteen I moved to New York City to study at the School of American Ballet. At nineteen I moved to Copenhagen to work as a ballet dancer with Det Kongelige Teater.

  I like riding my mountain bike, switching gears, going downhill

  Feeling force and momentum

  Holding my balance, falling, spinning, closing my eyes, holding my breath

  I like using tools, building things

  Reimagining spaces

  Being naked

  Winter bathing and swimming

  Singing, humming, making rhythms

  choreographing dances

  Sleeping outside

  Being upside down

  Dancing reminds me of potentialities and restrictions
